1 OAK has options for all budgets and can accommodate special requests. Workshops + Events are always added to the website and social media pages with links/tags to the host. All are added to our Facebook Event page and the host as co-host. Events + Workshops are tagged and shared regularly, giving us as much advertising as possible*. Win-win!

*I can also make this private, if it will just be for your selected invites

Option 1: 1 OAK Registration

1 OAK will create a link to sign up on the 1 OAK website where guests can register and pay.

Includes Instagram Graphic, Facebook Cover Graphic, Facebook Event with your business as co-host, FB/Insta promotion with tagging of business.

Minimum 10 registrants required.

$30 fee paid by the host.

I would have to charge a mileage fee but could factor this into the cost for the attendees.

You could offer a free/discounted product to promote your business as well. This is the number 1 option selected by businesses I collaborate with.

Option 2: Host Registration

Host collects registrations and pays 1 OAK the day of the event or workshop.

This requires a $100 refundable deposit (check or Venmo (no fee) preferred).

Must confirm 10 guests at least 1 week prior and keep the original date.

Host and 1 OAK will decide who creates the graphics and Facebook event with both listed as co-hosts. (This option would be more work on your end and require a deposit, some businesses go this route and add-on something on their end like a venue rental or extra product included with purchase)

This option is also most common for private parties like bridal showers or birthday parties.

Option 3: Drop-In Make & Take

This requires an investment of $150 by the host.

Registration is not required.

1 OAK would arrive with all the supplies so guests can come and go. 1 OAK would be set up for 1 hour, plus the 30 minutes of set-up and clean-up.

Additional rate of $50 per hour.

This option also requires the host to advertise on social media to help promote.

Guests pay for their own make + take item(s).

1 OAK Workshops start at $25/person + tax and are subject to availability.

Deposits must be paid in order to confirm booking.

Workshops include demonstration, instruction, education, plants, and supplies.

Please allow 30-60minutes before and after the event for set up and clean up.

The workshop will typically last 30-60 minutes (can vary based on class size).

Mileage fee added if outside of Milo, Indianola, or Pleasantville.
